Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Please note that final sale items and clearance items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions.
  3. Clearly mark the provided RAN on your return package and include the original invoice.

We typically respond to return requests within 24-48 hours during business days.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (incorrect item sent or item damaged upon arrival).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Srenok is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will typically notify you via email within 2-3 business days.
  • Approved refunds will typically be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • We will work to resolve the issue, which may include providing a prepaid return label or replacement item.
  • Resolution timeframe depends on the specific situation, but we aim to address these issues promptly.
