SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We process orders from Monday to Saturday. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends or holidays.
Shipping timelines include total order processing and shipping times.
Processing Time: 1–2 business days
US Standard Shipping Time: 5–7 business days

Shipping fee: The flat shipping rate for each item in an order is $4.95.
TAXES
Srenok is not responsible for any taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
UNEXPECTED DELAYS
Due to occasional circumstances such as weather conditions, holidays, or social distancing procedures, some customers may experience a slight delay in delivery.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your package leaves the warehouse, we will update you with the tracking number so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 7–10 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If you have not received a Shipment Confirmation email, please contact us and we will resend the email.
If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available, it means that the carrier has not processed your package yet. When the package is scanned into their system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.
Please note: Suppose you’ve successfully placed an order and haven’t received it yet while the tracking status shows it’s delivered. In that case, you should contact the carrier to locate your package, as once the item is handed off to them, we no longer have control. However, if the issue persists, kindly email us — we’ll do our best to assist you.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout, as we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address.
If you contact the logistics company after the order has left our warehouse and request to forward or redirect your package, we are not responsible if the package gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
ORDER LOST IN TRANSIT
We carefully track each parcel and maintain constant communication with couriers to ensure timely updates and prevent any potential loss.
In the rare instance of a parcel being marked as lost in transit, we will promptly remake and reship your order, or provide a full refund for your purchase.
